Judge denies probation in case
A DeKalb County man sentenced to 20 years in prison after assaulting a Fort Payne police officer and making meth won’t get out anytime soon. On Tuesday, District Judge Randall Cole denied probation or alternate sentencing to Anthony “Snake” Townson.
