Extradition order issued for pot activist Emery
Vancouver’s so-called Prince of Pot will be turned over to U.S. authorities to face drug charges five years after he was first arrested for selling marijuana seeds to U.S. residents, his wife and lawyer have confirmed.

Darrell Cummings, 22, address unknown, was charged Sunday with obstructing an officer and interference with official acts. Seith Duffie, 28, 1925 H St., was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended/canceled license.

Newark officer charged with obstruction, witness tampering
NEWARK — Newark Sgt. Michael J. Lalley was charged Tuesday by a federal grand jury with obstructing an FBI investigation and witness tampering in a narcotics investigation, the U.S. Attorney for New Jersey announced.

Two TCU golfers named to All-MWC team
