Off-duty officer makes drug bust; two arrested
HARLAN — An off-duty Harlan police officer witnessed what he believed to be a drug transaction April 23 in Harlan, and after calling for help, officers took two people into custody on drug charges.

Angel Downs, Stephen Nodine seen at beach day of fatal shooting
