I kicked heroin cold turkey back in march of 1998 never touched it since cause kicking it was a nightmare. i was having hallucinations of my evil self lurking in the shadows waiting for me to let my guard down so he could have control.Anyway if your wanting to kick im here to tell you that you can.12 years sober for me. :}
